If you’re an existing customer, you can place an order through our support technicians. They will pull up your account and they can help you re-order hardware you’ve purchased in the past.
All orders must be in by 3pm CST for your shipment to be picked up by UPS on the same business day; any order placed past 3pm will ship out the following business day.

If you plan to ship anything out to our facilities for repair or inspection, please talk to a Support Technician and they will create a case# so that we know where the package is coming from and what to expect when the delivery arrives.
