New Customer Information Request Form
STEP 1) Get your merchant account application started -- if you need a new merchant account, or you can get your existing merchant account provider to get a setup sheet created for submission.
A) To use your own existing merchant account you need to have your merchant provider issue a 'setup sheet' for one of the compatible Payment Platforms (example. Heartland, First Data, Vital, Chase Paymentec, Global Payment Systems) and have it submitted to setup@washcard.com

STEP 2) Fill out the web-form below - we need this information to create your customer account.
A) Provide your contact and business information.
B) Review Ongoing Fees for WashCard - Download End User Agreement and Standard Waranties PDF
C) Provide us with the bank routing information for merchant account setup.
STEP 3) Laundry System customers; submit your locations machine mix and washer/dryer pricing so we can configure the software in advance of the installation. (fill this form out for EACH type of machine you will have readers on)
