Other than the fees that are paid to the credit card companies WashCard has several ongoing fees.

1. Annual Support - this is a fee that is paid every 12 months which covers call center support, training, and ongoing software updates. The annual support fee is based on the number of devices being supported.

2. Monthly Hosting - Monthly hosting covers the ongoing bandwith, data backups, online account access, data encryption, and covers costs of ongoing development of new features (of which all ongoing updates are free). This monthly hosting fee is paid based on transactional volume of the location so you only pay more when it's busy and you pay less when it's slow.

3. Web Hosting - If you are provided a website by WashCard Systems there is an Annual Hosting fee of $199

Our philosophy with ongoing fees - We believe that ongoing fees keep us as a manufacturer engaged in your continued success. Many other companies only remain engaged with your business throughout the sales process but once the sale has been made they have no incentive to stay in the game. Ongoing fees also allow us to stay focused on building new functionality that makes you more successful.
