Being a web-based system there is full data-backup system wide out on the web on our secure servers (much like online banking). There are procedures for using another PC or a back-up system if something happens to the primary system. It comes down to a cost-consideration for each operator. Full redundancy would mean having two servers on site at all times. We can do a full data restore within several minutes from the Internet if the case of a complete failure of the main server.
