WashCard maintains our own call center and we directly support all of our customers in the field. Distributors are involved if physical replacement of hardware is needed, but all calls related to transaction questions, software training, or trouble shooting issues is handled directly by the manufacturer. All WashCard customers enjoy free software updates for the life of their system (provided the hardware can support the updated features).
