Yes, but perhaps a more complex answer is required - The WashCard System takes advantage of up-to-date high-speed authorization methods that industries like petroleum and hotels use. A customers credit card is fully-authorized before a service is provided and the multiple micro-payments from each individual swipe of the same credit card during that visit will accumulate into a single charge on the customers bank statement and result in business owners only paying a single 'authorization fee'. The WashCard System does not use batch processing - this is a non-PCI compliant method that is no longer allowed by the Payment Card Industry.
