How does WashCard tie multiple wash locations together?


If you have more than one wash location (even if in different towns) you will want to have them all tied together and administrated by a single centralized system. This means your reporting can show you your business as a whole and broken down by location and services at each location.

Promote, market, and sell a SINGLE customer loyalty card and fleet program that will work for every one of your locations. The same technology that keeps all of your data backed-up and synchronized is also what allows multi-location support.

Join forces with other washes in town.

I agree, this may sound counter-intuitive to work with other washes in town. But there are instances in which there will be fleet accounts that can be had only by joining forces with another wash in the same area that also has WashCard. We have car businesses that can issue a single fleet card that can be used at any of the locations that are part of the opt-in network.

Note: This ‘Buddy Program’ only applies to post-paid fleet cards, not prepaid accounts.
