What kind of reports are available online?
There are a variety of reports available from the Business Management Center and below is just a summary of some of the more popular reports. New reports are created all the time based on the needs of our customers as new features and promotional options are made available with our free software updates.
Examples of Reports
- Create a Summary of all wash transactions for a particular date range
- Carwash Activity Reports will display wash activity data for multiple carwash locations
- Promotion Redemption reports will help to identify the most successful marketing campaigns
- End of Day reports will display totals, recharges, new sales, washes, breakdown usage by bay, time, and day. End of Day reports also shows average wash values, time spent in bay, and also any employee activity in which account balances, account modifications, or payments have been received.
- Numerous Card Reports to look up information on cards in circulation
- Low-Balance and Inactivity Reports help to identify cards and customers that have dropped below certain dollar values and have not been in-use in long periods of time and deactivated if desired.
- Robust Card Reports that can make data collection and lookup fast and simple.
- Batch Statement Reports allow for the printing of Customer Invoices for billing fleet customers.
