What does WashCard do to protect all of my data?

Every month we have a few car wash owners call in to report that their server was damaged in a storm, ruined from water damage caused by a broken hose, or an employee was downloading things from the Internet that they should not have been. In most cases the server is either damaged beyond repair or needs to be completely formatted and start from scratch. Because WashCard is in constant communication with all of the servers in the field a backup of all transaction and customer data is stored and backed up off-site at our co-location facility. Sites lose no data and can be back in business in less than an hour in some cases.

*It is standard company policy that all servers that are configured by WashCard will be locked-down to limit unauthorized use of the system. This lock-down will be removed upon customer request. WashCard cannot be liable for systems that are not locked-down as per our security policy.
